Sontec has its own repair department where all fine, mechanically functional instruments can be returned to like-new condition.
Sontec performs a variety of repairs, such as replacing worn TC jaws or sharpening scissors. In addition, we complete a comprehensive evaluation of your instruments to determine if further service is required.
For repair service, please send the following directly to the address below:
* Your instruments, appropriately sterilized,
securely wrapped, and placed in a sturdy box.
* A copy of your purchase and/or repair order,
or a note explaining the problem.
* Please send more then one instrument for repair to avoid $100.00 minimum.
