Sontec Return Policy
We accept most returned items for credit or replacement. Custom, specially ordered, or modified items are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply. Please call Sontec for return authorization within 10 days of receipt. Credit will not be issued for shipping charges. To return an item, please send the following directly to the address below:
* Company / Practice name
* Your unused instrument, in its original condition,
and in its original packaging.
* Original invoice number and date
* Product number and quantity returned
* A note explaining the reason for return
